After receiving the goods like all Chinese power transistors tested on the test bench-determined the resistance of the channel in the open state. So, at TJ = 25 °c, shutter voltage (VGS)= 10V, Open channel resistance (RDS (ON)) was 1,2-1,4 Ohm, that's eight times higher than the norm! According to datasheen (RDS (ON) at TJ = 25 °c, VGS = 10V should be 0,16 Ohm. In general, these transistors place in the trash bin, or seek application in less loaded schemes. How did you get these Chinese crafts already! Almost all power transistors (MOSFET and IGBT) on Zeano do not meet the stated parameters. Rare luck when normal transistors come! I will not open the communicate, since more frost than money.
